1) Will not draw:I can draw any animal in any gender, and with any form (feral to anthro to human). I am okay with drawing fanart as long as it’s a published series or proven permission from the owner is granted.I am okay with drawing nsfw BUT I will not draw: Loli/shota/cub, realistic feral, watersports, ddlg, abdl, latex, scat etc. If your kink is not listed here feel free to ask and I’ll let you know if I’m comfortable or not.2) Payment system and methods:I mainly work through Venmo, but I am open to Paypal if Venmo isn’t an option.50% of payment is required upfront, and upon completion of artwork then rest of the 50% is required. You have 2 weeks after artwork completion to pay in full, or you will be blacklisted and the rights to any of your work will be revoked. Any physical artwork as well as full files of illustration will not be sent until after payment is fulfilled.I have the right to cancel the commission at any point for any reason. Upon me canceling a commission, client will recieve a percentage of a refund from the quoted price based on amount of completion of artwork. If nothing is completed then the refund is 100%. If half of commission is completed then the refund is 50%. If I have nearly finished the art then the refund will be 20%.If client requests a cancellation, the same percentage base mentioned above is still applied, however if nothing is completed yet I will charge a cancellation fee of 20% from the original price quoted.If requesting to receive physical artwork, you will be charged 100% of the shipping fees.3) Ownership rights:I the illustrator own all copyright and publishing rights to the work created by me. You own the character however I own the artwork. Personal use of my artwork for your commission is always permitted. Examples of personal use being: Ref sheet for character, profile pictures, posting on your own account with credit to me, printing and hanging in your house or personal space, wearing as a badge for cons, editing for any above uses etc. etc.However, if you wish to use the artwork for publishing or brand design you MUST pay 200% of the quoted price to own the usage and copyright. Otherwise you owe me a percentage of earnings you gain from every use of said artwork.Any adopts or characters designed by me are being sold with full copyright to the character design, and once sold are out of my jurisdiction.
